{"id":377,"date":"2024-03-10T16:07:13","date_gmt":"2024-03-10T15:07:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/assopatat.fr\/?p=377"},"modified":"2024-06-01T18:53:44","modified_gmt":"2024-06-01T16:53:44","slug":"zac-du-bosquel-faire-entendre-nos-voix-pour-proteger-43-hectares-de-terres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/assopatat.fr\/index.php\/2024\/03\/10\/zac-du-bosquel-faire-entendre-nos-voix-pour-proteger-43-hectares-de-terres\/","title":{"rendered":"ZAC du Bosquel : faisons entendre la voix de citoyen.ne.s pour prot\u00e9ger 43 hectares de terres"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Une <strong>ZAC de 43 ha<\/strong> est pr\u00e9vue dans la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cc2so.fr\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.cc2so.fr\/\">Communaut\u00e9 de communes Somme Sud-Ouest<\/a> (CC2SO).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une <strong>enqu\u00eate publique<\/strong> s&rsquo;est ouverte du 12 f\u00e9vrier et au 13 mars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la commune du <strong>Bosquel<\/strong> (300 habitants), la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <em>L&rsquo;Europ\u00e9enne <\/em>souhaite d\u00e9velopper un parc logistique compos\u00e9 de <strong>trois b\u00e2timents industriels<\/strong> (4.3 ha&nbsp;; 9.7 ha et 3 ha) \u00e0 usage d\u2019entreposage et de<br>bureaux .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le site pourra \u00eatre amen\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre en activit\u00e9<strong> 24h\/24 et 7j\/7<\/strong>. <span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI Emoji',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI Emoji';\">\ud83d\ude9a<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI Emoji',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI Emoji';\">\ud83d\ude9a<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI Emoji',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI Emoji';\">\ud83d\ude9a<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI Emoji',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI Emoji';\">\ud83d\ude9a<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en <strong>2008<\/strong>, la ZAC a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9e d\u2019<strong>utilit\u00e9 publique en 2013<\/strong>. L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mrae.developpement-durable.gouv.fr\/IMG\/pdf\/6325_6652_avisae_parc_logistique_lebosquel.odt.pdf\"><strong><span style=\"color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;\">\u00e9tude d\u2019impact<\/span><\/strong> <\/a>a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9actualis\u00e9e en juin et juillet <strong>2022<\/strong>, l\u2019avis de la Mission R\u00e9gionale d\u2019Autorit\u00e9 Environnementale (MRAE) a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu<br>public en novembre 2022. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des riverains d\u00e9couvrant le projet se mobilisent, affichent leur opposition, organisent des balades sur site. &nbsp;<\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI Emoji',sans-serif;
